Article 2: Attachment to the General Terms of Use

This Privacy Policy is part of the General Terms and Conditions of Use. By using the mfogdesign.com website, the customer agrees to abide by these and accepts this privacy policy without reservation.

Our service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to consult the privacy policy of each site you visit.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party sites or services.

Article 3: Personal data collected

Studio MFog Inc. collects and processes a set of personal data supplied voluntarily by the user or collected automatically when the user or, more generally, the customer logs on, through a certified Studio MFog Inc. consultant.

The purpose of this processing is to enable Studio MFog Inc. to manage the commercial relationship, in order to respond to the various requests.

Studio MFog Inc. does not collect any information relating to religion, health, nationality, sexual orientation, political or religious opinions.

Article 4 : Data other than personal data

Cookies may be used for the following purposes:

• Authenticating users
• Recording user visits and their origin
• Recording the user’s country and language
• Recording user-related settings

The use of cookies is accepted by the user upon access to the session. Cookies are stored for a period of 6 months. At the end of this period, the user must provide a new acceptance.

Article 5: Processing of personal data

Article 6 : Retention of personal data

The personal data collected is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship between Studio MFog Inc. and the customer.

At the end of the commercial relationship, the data will be kept for a period of 6 years, enabling Studio MFog Inc. to justify its activity to supervisory bodies such as government tax authorities.

Article 7 : Security of personal data

Studio MFog Inc. makes every effort to protect the personal data entrusted to it and to guard against any misappropriation of information, loss, theft, intrusion, alteration or destruction.

Article 8: Transfer of personal data

Within the framework of certain functionalities, Studio MFog Inc. may allow the transfer of personal data such as name, address and e-mail address to third-party services such as Service Québec or any other organization, in the interest of the customer’s needs.

This transfer is initiated by the user, who controls the type of data transferred and the service used. If required by law, Studio MFog Inc. may be required to disclose personal data in accordance with the law.

Article 9: Use of personal data by Studio MFog Inc.

Studio MFog Inc. may use personal data to send technical, commercial or marketing mail or e-mail to users.

Users may unsubscribe at any time.

Article 10: Users’ rights

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi sur l’Informatique et liberté) of January 6, 1978, and Law 25 on personal data in force since September 22, 2022, users have the right to access, rectify, delete or oppose the processing of their personal data.
